Orders & Shipping

– Orders are shipped as per the selected shipping days while placing the order. You can track your orders from your profile or by calling us at Ezpz solutions along with your order number

– Depending on the product dimensions, there will be either a single or multiple packages.

– If you suspect that the box has been damaged during transit, kindly leave a note for the delivery person and make an unedited video that clearly captures the issue. Our team will then arrange a pickup and send you a replacement product as soon as possible.

– We apologise for the inconvenience if you are facing this issue, however in such cases we can arrange a reverse pickup from your location and once we get that package, a shipment with the correct product will be sent to you. Please ensure that the product seal is not opened

– If you need to change the shipping address, kindly give us a call or send us an email with the correct information. We will make the necessary updates and ensure that your product is shipped to the correct location. It is important to note that the customer should inform us before the product is dispatched from our warehouse. If the customer fails to do so, they will be responsible for any resulting shipping charges
