The overall Experience was decent, but the only thing I will specifically point out is that the delivery is something you can probably improve upon. For instance, the original delivery was taking 9 days to reach Delhi from Mumbai and I had to call and pay extra for faster delivery.
May be you can include Fast Delivery as a default and at the checkout page, you can list the tentative delivery date, so that the buyer has an idea as to when will he/she receive the product.
